Living with Intention

Home as a Place of Restoration

As both a designer and someone who deeply cares about emotional wellbeing, my mission is to guide you in living with intention and making more thoughtful, aligned choices, especially when it comes to your home. Through the lens of neuroaesthetics and the psychology of space, I help you shift where you place your energy. Together, we’ll use simple systems – intentional design, gentle organisation and sustainable habits to create more breathing room, clarity and ease in your everyday life.

The Emotional and Mental Load We Carry

Trying to keep all aspects of life in balance often feels overwhelming. Many of us are walking a fine line just shy of burnout, wrestling with imposter syndrome and carrying an invisible mental load that never seems to switch off. We’re constantly wondering how we’re supposed to keep going when we’re already stretched thin. And if you feel like managing it all is too much – it’s because it is. We’re overloaded, overstimulated, overcommitted and exhausted.

Discovering Your Safe Place

My goal is to help you take intentional, conscious steps toward a life that feels authentic, grounded and genuinely fulfilling – whatever that means to you. It’s about living consciously and designing spaces that reflect who you truly are. In my practice as an interior designer specialising in neuroaesthetic design, I begin every project by helping clients discover their safe place. This isn’t just a design preference- it’s a process grounded in the emotional and sensory connection we have with our surroundings.

Before choosing colours, furniture, or layouts, I guide my clients inward. Together, we explore memories, sensations, and environments where they’ve felt most at peace, supported, and truly themselves. Why? Because good design isn’t just about how a space looks. It’s about how it feels. When a home reflects your emotional needs and honours your inner calm, it becomes more than beautiful – it becomes healing. This emotional blueprint shapes: colour palettes, materials and textures, light quality and flow as as well layouts that match your rhythm of life.

Your home should be more than functional – it should feel like an extension of you. A space that brings calm, clarity and comfort. A place where your nervous system can soften and you can simply be.

Ready to Begin?

Because the most beautiful spaces aren’t just seen- they’re felt.

If you’re ready to begin, you can send me a message to book a discovery call.

Your safe place is already within you. Let’s bring it to life, together.

I found that living with intention required a shift in perspective. There was a time when I felt overwhelmed by the daily grind, merely drifting through obligations without ever pausing to consider what truly mattered to me. This changed when I took a step back and began journaling my thoughts and goals. By identifying what was truly important, I started making intentional decisions that aligned with my core values, transforming my routine into a more fulfilling and purposeful experience.
